So number three of our five dinner parties brings us to me. There's something peculiar that I experience and I've always wondered if I'm alone in experiencing it. I've always wondered if other people get unbearably anxious/nervous/scared in anticipation of a doorbell that you are expecting to ring or a phone that you are expecting to go off. No? Here's what we had...

Starter: Shiitake mushroom spring rolls with sweet chilli sauce. [ Recipe ]

Starter: Coconut jelly served with honeydew melon and green tea. [ Recipe ]

Conversation topics included:

Gestures of love via Bebo, Anthony's geeza accent, Jackie's maw (she's got it going on), the new Blackberry, iPods, vaginas, melon boats, melon smiles, lesbian kissing, a possible future CDWM orgy and stir fry (I can't remember why this was funny and/or significant).

Facebook evidence shows that whilst I was cooking, my dinner guests were in fact snooping around my flat and taking pictures. This could be considered "entertainment" in itself however we ended the night with a game of Balderdash, which, let's face it, is never not hilarious. Thanks for coming!
